PRIVACY / PUBLIC WEBSITE
Privacy notice.
How this independently operated project handles information when you browse the website or choose to contact us.
What this site collects
The site consists of static HTML, CSS and local JavaScript. It currently has no account registration, on-site contact form, advertising tracker or first-party analytics script. When you visit, our hosting and security provider may process standard technical records such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, timestamps and security events to deliver and protect the website.
Email enquiries
If you email us, we receive your address, message and any information you voluntarily include. We use it to answer your enquiry, review corrections and, where relevant, discuss a proposed research or commercial collaboration. We do not use unsolicited enquiries as consent to send bulk marketing emails, and do not publish individual correspondence without appropriate permission.
Hosting and recipients
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, with Cloudflare providing website delivery and security services. Your email provider and the operator's email provider process email messages in connection with sending and receiving correspondence. Technical and email data may be processed in countries other than your own under the providers' arrangements.
Retention and control
Technical logs are managed according to the hosting provider's applicable service settings and policies. Email correspondence is retained only while reasonably needed to deal with enquiries, maintain appropriate records or meet applicable legal requirements, and is then deleted when no longer needed. You can request access, correction or deletion where applicable by emailing the address above; some legal or record-keeping duties may limit deletion.
Cookies and third-party websites
This site does not currently place its own advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may use security-related browser technologies according to its service settings. External links lead to sites with their own privacy notices; we do not control how they process data.
Changes
If we add an enquiry form, newsletter, analytics or advertising technology, we will update this notice to reflect the actual processing before using the feature. This notice describes the current publication, not future planned services.
